At ZESO Blooms, your satisfaction matters. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Return Window (7 Days)
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Return requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility
- Item must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging (inner and outer boxes).
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@zeso.ca with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll send a return authorization with instructions.
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping is free. For all approved returns under our policy, ZESO Blooms covers 100% of return shipping costs. There are no handling fees and no restocking fees.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Perishable goods (e.g., fresh flowers, plants, food)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund, then place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@zeso.ca.
