ZESO BLOOMS: Refund and Return Policy

At ZESO Blooms™, your satisfaction matters. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window(7 Days)

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Return requests submitted after 7 days cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions


To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unused
• In the original inner and outer packaging
• With all accessories and proof of purchase

Return Shipping Cost


Return shipping is paid by the customer.
ZESO Blooms does not cover return shipping fees, except for cases where:
• Wrong item was shipped
• Item arrived damaged or defective
(In such cases, return shipping will be covered by ZESO Blooms.)

No handling fee and no restocking fee will be charged.

Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods (fresh flowers, plants, food)
• Custom or personalized items
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Personal care items
• Hazardous or flammable goods

How to Start a Return

Email info@zeso.ca with:
1. Your order number
2. Photos of the item (if applicable)

A return authorization with instructions will be provided.

Damages & Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Processing time:
• ZESO Blooms: 1 business days
• Your bank/card: 3–10 business days
