1. Introduction and Agreement
This website, www.zeso.ca (the "Site"), is owned and operated by ZESO Blooms. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and the purchase of any products from us. By visiting our Site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

- Handcrafted Nature: All products sold by ZESO Blooms are handcrafted and made from 100% real, preserved flowers. While we strive for accuracy, products may exhibit minor, natural variations in color, size, or shape compared to the website photos. These natural variations are not considered defects.
- Image Representation: We have made every effort to display our product images as accurately as possible. All photographs on this Site are proprietary, professionally captured, and may be digitally processed. We do not guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
- Pricing and Availability: All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
4. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Use
- Ownership: The content, design, logo, and visual elements of the ZESO Blooms website, including all handcrafted product designs and photography, are the exclusive intellectual property of ZESO Blooms and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
- Unauthorized Use (Image Theft): All photographic images are either copyrighted by ZESO Blooms or used with permission. Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, or distribution of our photographic content, product images, or descriptions is strictly prohibited and constitutes a direct violation of copyright laws.
