Flat-Rate & Free Shipping

We offer a simple and transparent shipping policy across Canada:

• Flat Rate: $9.99 CAD on all orders under $49.99.
• Free Shipping: Orders of $49.99 CAD or more ship free of charge anywhere in Canada.

All orders are shipped from our Calgary facility using reliable national couriers. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Due to the handcrafted nature of our preserved and dried flower arrangements, some orders may require an additional day for quality inspection before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Undeliverable Addresses

In rare cases where delivery is not possible due to courier service limitations or inaccessible locations, we will contact you within 24 hours after multiple delivery attempts. A full refund will be processed automatically, and you will receive a ZESO Blooms Gift Card as an apology for the inconvenience. The gift card amount will be determined based on the value of your order and can be used without any expiration date or product restrictions.

Delays Due to Weather or Strikes

If delivery is delayed due to unforeseen events such as strikes, snowstorms, traffic disruptions, or other natural causes, we will notify you immediately and work with the carrier to ensure proper handling or compensation. ZESO Blooms always stands by our customers to provide solutions with care and transparency.
