If you’ve already placed an order but prefer not to wait until the shipping date, you may cancel your order at any time before dispatch for a full refund — no questions asked.
Once our products arrive, all orders will be shipped within 24 hours, as part of our commitment to timely and reliable delivery.
To express our gratitude for your early support, all Pre-Order customers will receive a ZESO Blooms Gift Card equal to the total value of their order (excluding shipping).
These Gift Cards never expire and have no purchase restrictions — they can be used for any future order on zeso.ca.
